there are laws called limon laws. there is an old itlain saying the squest door get the most oil. make them pay for your inconvenience such as yowing or renting another car.. if it went back 3 times for repairs the prorate the millage and GIVE you another care you just pay for the milage you drove on the old car.. I did thid with caddy. In Woodbury New Jersey.( They are out of business now).
